Nintex: a solution for your digitalization

We use it as an approval solution to improve our workflows and business-related processes. The approval of mandatory HR processes are rebuilt without any paper usage in the Nintex workflow engine. The Nintex forms that we are using are already checking for the needed information. Also, the connection with SAP is improving these processes.

We use it in our on-prem SharePoint solution that's getting more and more implementation in the company. For the QM side, we used it as claim tool and to mange approval. For example, vacation and mobile work schedules. If we would upgrade our system or change to another it's urgently required that Nintex is also able to manage the new version or system because otherwise, all processes have to be rebuilt.

We as IT gave the tool to non-IT guys to implement solutions for the requirements because IT doesn't know exactly what facility management needs. So we gave them the tool and help in explanation but the processes and workflows are managed by themselves. We take care that Nintex is reachable and functional in all points that are required by the departments.
