Nintex Process Platform allows for unlimited process imagination
Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform
We are using Nintex Process Platform to upgrade the entire intranet site. This includes taking process written in code and migrating them into a newer updated process in Nintex and M365. These are processes that have not been updated in years. This process is just starting and is being taken to bring in a new era of audited actions and compliance.
Pros
- Taskings
- Document generation
- Form generation
Cons
- Improvement to hiding the submit on the modern form
- Reduced time working on an item
- Ability to free up assets for other things.
- The process becomes simple once you get it out of people.
I currently use Nintex in Microsoft 365 (recent name change by Microsoft) and it has increased my flexibility because I can easily migrate things over having worked with the system for years using SharePoint on-premises. The ease in which I was able to move from on-prem to online was awesome and I was able to almost immediately start development work once I installed it and set it up correctly. The time for the initial setup was a few hours to get the data connections set up correctly.
No non-IT staff are using it at this time, however, that will change in the next few months. We are building it out so that it is user friendly and easy to find information.
