Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform
We use Nintex form generation to generate and send Acknowledgment Letters for our constituents' donations. We also use it to create applications for our Fiscal Sponsorship program. It is being used across the whole organization. It makes the creation of certain documents not only contained within the same system but gives a ease of use when sending via email or snail mail.
- It lives within Salesforce which has eliminated the need for separate programs.
- It is easy to not only create the forms but also to setup and build the templates.
- Customer service has always been top-notch. Quick and useful.
- I don't have much to say about improvements as the software has always met our expectations. I am excited to see updates and additional functionality.
- The small, non-profit, pricing has made the ROI indispensable.
