Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform

We use Nintex [Process Platform] for auto generation of Proposal and Study KickOff Materials and Automated Email Templates. This assists and saves our user effort to setup SOA, Proposal, Kick Off documentation and also for Approval Notifications Email templates and also helps pull information specific to the project and insert in the document. Its UI and setting up on salesforce is quite a breeze and allows lot of different options for output of document generation as well as logic to provide template based on product being sold by which region etc.

Full Sandbox and Production. Its important as we need to constantly update our templates based on marketing and sales strategy. Thus constant testing for QA before deployment is necessary as all the documents are client facing. Deployment process can be made easier i think if there is a better UI to do so.
Yes. Sales and Marketing use [Nintex Process Platform] for their content generation and to send out to clients. Marketing uses to make sure consistent messaging and customer experience and sales for quick Proposal and SOA generation. We also use it for internal operations email alert notifications which help us notify multiple stakeholders with relevant and updated information on the project.
DocuSign doesnt allow us multiple output methods for content and also updating the content is a bit more challenging it seems. Nintex has been easier, better priced and makes it a more compelling app platform with its setting up with salesforce. Logic and approval also is a great addition which docgen provides.
Sales and Commercial teams find [Nintex Process Platform] really helpful for the proposal and SOA etc for generating client facing documents quickly, saving time to focus on making the sale, get the most updated data from the project on if there is need for multiple iterations of the Proposal/SOA. Logic to program template to pull in based on product within a template which allows easier management and deployment.
