Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform
I create new solutions or re-architect new solutions to help support business processes that are not covered by existing enterprise solutions. Specifically I analyze and document the business requirements and then create the corresponding solution(s) that support the customer's needs
Pros
- Supports complex approval and decision processes requiring different outcomes or iterations based on users' decisions
- supports email enabled interaction with the solution to approve or reject outcomes vs. requiring users to be at their computer
- beautifully interfaces with various web-based platforms including SharePoint and Salesforce
Cons
- Automated a very complex approval process with high-level management requiring only lazy approval (email approval)
- Automated a very complex rules based form which in its previous version was coded with complex JavaScript
- Provides quick turnaround for simpler solutions
- Reduced Costs
- Workflow Automation not covered by major business systems
- Simple use by business users
I am only aware of Salesforce but there might be others
This is my primary go to tool for automating business processes within SharePoint
