I use Nintex workflow for O365 for business forms and workflows. It helps in creating complex workflows. Nintex is more customizable such that it makes to implement the business solutions to the best.

Cons
- It should be better if there is a low code plateform where normal users can create a workflow with out developers need.
- fast workflow transactions thereby reducing time for approvals
- tight integration with O365
- Forms that improve user experience
