Overall Satisfaction with Notion
My org uses Notion as a collective knowledge-base, wiki, and brainstorming tool. Each dept keeps track of their ways of working as well as project tracking, interview tracking, and product specs. It's a very flexible, collaborative workspace-- you can use it as a kanban board, a regular to-do list. You can embed documents, Figma files, YouTube videos and other multi-media content to share your ideas.

Notion is all things to many people, but I prefer to move some of my intense project planning out of Notion into Jira. Jira's automations and APIs are much more robust and the data tracking Jira provides is better for spring planning. Notion is extremely flexible, though, and serves as a kind of a knowledge base for ideas, projects, and conversations we need to pull out of Slack.
