Overall Satisfaction with Okta
We use Okta as a single sign-on to authenticate employees across our organization. Our employees can use Okta anywhere, on any device, to login to and access their online applications. Okta can be easily integrated with nearly all applications we use throughout our organization. It is very user-friendly and easy to integrate.

- Pricing, can be expensive.
- Frequent logouts, employees have to login multiple times throughout the day.
- When users get new phones or devices, it can be a hassle to setup Okta on their new devices.

- Increased user productivity, reduced the need to perform multiple logins across various applications
- Easy integration with new applications
Okta's cloud environment has been very beneficial with our remote workers and allows employees secure access to all applications regardless of where they are working from. Okta's platform shows all applications an employee has access to in one central location, so that employees can easily access multiple applications once they are logged in to Okta. This eliminates the need for multiple logins and passwords across their various applications.
We have not need Okta's Professional services, customer service or support team.
It is critical that Okta is reliable for all of our users, and we rarely experience any issues with Okta's reliability and connectivity. The quality of services has been phenomenal and our employees have been very satisfied. The only complaint we receive is when users get a new phone or device, and it can be a bit of a process for them to setup access on their new device.
