With the full stop of in-person events last year and many traditional events going online but not serving vendors well, we pivoted. By adding ON24 we were able to host our conference, prop up other vendor partners in our space, highlight customers, and engage with potential customers and current. We've also been able to do a plethora of short, on-demand webinars that we avoided previously because we didn't have the ability to track ROI. Now we can create content that will meet people where they are in their journey.
