Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 to host 24 webinars a year. We've also just tested out creating our first two-day virtual summit with the software. It is widely used within the Marketing department. A few other departments have utilized the software with the help of marketing. It helps us to reach wide audiences in a safe and secure way.
  • Security
  • Integration with Marketo
  • Ease of use
  • Customer Service team can be slow to respond
  • Engagement hub does not send out automated emails for registrants
  • Need to allow speakers to blur out their backgrounds
  • Sped up the sales cycle
  • Increased total number of leads in the database
  • Keeps prospects engaged through a long sales cycle
  • Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
  • Track registration and attendance
Yes, with ON24, we've been able to drastically improve our own company-hosted webinars. We started this initiative at the beginning of the pandemic and, despite webinar fatigue, have been able to maintain a solid success rate with our webinars. We are now using it in conjunction with both in-person and digital events.
They do have limits on how many licenses you can use. Of course, you can always pay extra. However, sometimes that gets costly, so we keep the team small within the platform. It is easy to add and remove licenses, but it does come with additional fees, especially if you want to expand it to an individual internationally.
I like that with ON24, you don't have to share your screen. You can upload the slides into the platform in advance, and then any of the presenters can move through them. This makes it nice because you don't have to worry about having one presenter managing all of the slides and the others saying, "next slide, please." You also don't have to worry about any notifications popping up on your screen and being visible to attendees.

Would you buy ON24 again?

ON24 is well suited for putting together webinars and larger virtual presentations. It is less appropriate for more intimate and smaller presentations where you want to be able to see attendees and talk face to face with them.
