Overall Satisfaction with OnPay
I use OnPay for my firm's monthly payroll needs as well as for 4 of my clients who require payroll services. I find it user friendly for the most part once the set-up is complete. My only issue is that client set-up is cumbersome and not user-friendly. Support is professional and quick. Highly recommend.
