Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

OnPay is easy to navigate with a great onboarding experience. Customer service is great but I really like being able to login and see my requests have been resolved. Processing payroll is simple and taxes are properly withheld and paid. Mapping was a little tricky but I figured it out. This company is reliable and professional!

They solve any issues and help completing setup of accounts.
System is incredibly simple and saves me a lot of time.
I was on the phone with Quickbooks for an hour at a time 2 to 3 times a week. I was on their elite payroll plan and they refused to solve the payroll issue that they had created when they updated their system. I needed to use my time better and they were taking up too much of my time.
