Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

I need to run payroll when I want and not get in trouble with the IRS or the state for doing it wrong. OnPay makes it easy to run payroll from anywhere and I have never run into any filing problems. In the odd instance it has happened, they have corrected issues behind the scenes with little to no demand on my time.

  • Saves so much time and money vs other products
  • Filings area always on time and accurate
  • Entering payroll is a dream
Anytime I have contacted OnPay, they are friendly, helpful, and get problems resolved quickly . . . even when my own stupidity is the real problem.
Very easy to use to enter payroll, generate reports, check filings, etc.
OnPay is more cost effective and does more for me. QB didn't even do the filings, just generated the forms. OnPay does it all and is easier to work with.
