1 - We came over from Paychex which claimed to be intutive and straight forward, but its nothing compared on OnPay. From the onboarding to the setup, its so easy that there was no skill set required to take the reigns. Very beginner friendly and helpful for someone just starting off. Would recommend.

I wish there was more communication between Middesk and OnPay themselves. I spent a lot of time emailing each team and then only got a solution when I put them in a thread together. I would hope that in the future, they might have more of a direct communication so they can remain on the same page.

Not sure. I didn't even know there was tiers to support. If I do have basic, its very good for what it is.
During the onboarding process my specialist was amazing and took care of most everything.
