Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

We use Onpay to run payroll for our small team. We were using Paychex and their platform over complicated and overcharged. Onpay made it straightforward for us to manage users and complete payroll, all for a fraction of the cost. It has streamlined our process and relieved a major headache for our office.

My onboarding specialist was amazing! I had so many questions and they answered it immediately. She made sure I was good to go.
Very intuitive platform. Not buggy or clunky.
Paychex is buggy, has a ton of hidden fees and costs twice as much.

Using OnPay

3 - We use it to manage our monthly payroll and reporting needs.
1 - We came over from Paychex which claimed to be intutive and straight forward, but its nothing compared on OnPay. From the onboarding to the setup, its so easy that there was no skill set required to take the reigns. Very beginner friendly and helpful for someone just starting off. Would recommend.

I am so accustomed to how easy it is and how straight forward it is that I don't need another reason. This software gave me one less headache to worry about and I dont see our team changing.

I wish there was more communication between Middesk and OnPay themselves. I spent a lot of time emailing each team and then only got a solution when I put them in a thread together. I would hope that in the future, they might have more of a direct communication so they can remain on the same page.

Not sure. I didn't even know there was tiers to support. If I do have basic, its very good for what it is.
During the onboarding process my specialist was amazing and took care of most everything.
