Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely

Optimizely is currently being used across marketing at our organizations. Those who may not run tests still have accounts where they view previous tests, or watch the current status of a test. This software allows us to take data we receive from UX, direct marketing and test hypothesis on our website.
  • Allowing many people different kinds of permissions to view and edit the test
  • Create multivariate and a/b tests without the help of a developer
  • Easily see the status of our reports and significance

  • Tests could be running on the same page and there is very little transparency in how each test is affecting each other.

Optimizely makes it easy to create tests on your own website without the need for designers or developers. We are able to get statistically confident results, and we can trust the data that we receive. Other solutions have either forced us to create landing pages outside of our website or have been too complicated to do on our own costing us time and money.
The cost of Optimizely is ideal - sure there are other software out there that could probably handle a lot of the issues we're having with Optimizely but they would be a small fortune in comparison. The ease of use of Optimizely, along with the price and great customer service will keep us customers for awhile.
If you have many people running tests at once then this is probably not the solution for you. Also, if you plan on running multiple tests on the same page your results may be skewed or you will get a very little understanding of the broader picture.
