Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Web Experimentation

I've used it historically at a previous company. I'm now at BradyPLUS and will we will be adding your testing solution to help us improve our B2B eCommerce platform.

Pros

  • Easy to set tests up
  • Clear result valuation

Cons

  • The ability to test with minimal data sets/volume
  • Clear self training solutions
  • We haven't added the testing yet at BradyPLUS but will soon.
I leveraged this capability historically and we leverage the full system
We leverage Opti PIM and recommendations but we are having challenges with both of these solutions. We had a great meeting with the Opti team here at the conference and I'm optimistic about the future.
To be transparent it current leads us to multiple problems. We have developed a plan to help resolve these challenges.
We look forward to leveraging testing in the near future so we can improve our customer experiences.
