Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is currently being used by the sales team to run multi-stage campaigns. It allows our team to systematically track which prospects we have already reached out to, the status of our leads, and who has replied to us. It also means we can automate the process so the ball doesn't get dropped.

- Very low barrier to entry, easy to set up and get going.
- It integrates nicely into Gmail and our CRM.
- The reporting is really lacking, hard to extract the results and put them in a dashboard for the executive team.
