Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is being used primarily by sales development and account executives. Giving the ability to assign tasks and store templates, the tool alleviates the need for constantly referring back to other shared storage spaces which saves many clicks.
Pros
- Ease of use
- Can be easily integrated across platforms
- Streamlines the process of prospecting
Cons
- Issues with opting prospects out of emails even if being imported for the first time
- Sequence/template clean-up could be simpler
- Issues with VOIP are more frequent than desired
Most reports are coming out of our CRM, although being able to pull reports on open and reply rates has proven helpful.
- The ability to remain within Outreach frees up a substantial amount of time. This carries an impact across almost every metric.
The CSM team has been fantastic. Only recently has our personal CSM left the company. We only hope that we get another one as good as the first.
