Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is being used by 6 individuals on our sales team (5 senior enterprise sales reps, 1 SDR). We run all outbound campaigns through Outreach, and it also helps us log and track communications with prospects into SFDC. It also allows our senior reps to know when prospects have opened/clicked on emails.
Pros
- SFDC Connection/Integrations are very strong.
- New calendaring feature is great.
- Our CSM is extremely helpful and supportive.
Cons
- Navigating the UI can be a little confusing, hard to know *where* you are in the system.
- Expensive! the VOIP calling package is costly.
I typically do not use the reporting function in Outreach as I don't feel you can get granular enough. I normally just report on activity from SFDC. I wish that you were able to customize the export fields when doing a CSV export. I think this is an area for them to improve on.

I don't think our initial implementation was very successful, our CSM did not help us develop a strategy/use case for the tool. Later, we switched CSMs and she was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to be responsive and supportive to our questions/problems.
- Sales Loft and Yes Ware
Outreach won out over Salesloft because of their focus on product innovation and their super-tight integration with SFDC. I felt like I was getting a better value for the money with Outreach. They are continually working on adding new features and functionality to the platform.
