Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
My BDR team uses it to connect with inbound prospects. Some AEs use it as well. We strive to do 6-8 touches per prospect and Outreach makes that goal easy ultimately helping to increase our conversion rates.
Pros
- Easy interface
- Plentiful features
- All in one platform
Cons
- Integrations with MQL object (custom objects in SFDC)
- Adding customizability to Meetings (need to be able to add fields to the form that prospects fill out - we need their phone number!)
- Ability to sort and organize the imports and triggers
- Since we're an inbound team, we need more flexibility with Outreach Voice - the ability to round-robin incoming calls and set up call queues
Reports are good but I need visibility into skipped and deleted tasks...it's too easy for a rep to say they've done their tasks but in reality they've just skipped them or deleted them.
- Higher conversion from leads to opportunities because it makes that multiple touch outreach so easy. More opps = more pipeline = more revenue ;)
Lauren and Nick have been AMAZING. Could not speak more highly of them. Always hands on and attentive. They are a true differentiator for Outreach.
