Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We have a team of about ~100 salespeople that are using Outreach to prospect into both prospective and current clients. It helps us scale our communications and outreach while being extremely tailored to the prospects using SFDC data.

- Sending 1-offs on a delayed timer; I have very little trust in this function as they have not gone out before / have had integration issues with other apps like Grammarly.

Open rates, response rates, email deliveries, bounce-backs
