Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is used by our sales organization to organize our workflow in engaging with our prospects and customers.
Pros
- Outreach groups account information very effectively, great for account-based selling!
- Outreach sequences are fantastic for workflow management. There's a great balance between automation and customization.
- Custom fields enhance the customization of automated tasks. You can include insights or mutual connections in custom field which are embedded into automatic emails in context.
Cons
- There are not a lot of significant cons, to be honest. Any issue I've had with the platform has more to do with our other systems.
- As a small company, I don't have access to very much support.
- I can't speak to this as we have been using Outreach since my first day. I can tell you though that I am more effective with Outreach than with only Salesforce.com
I haven't used other products.
