Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
The sales, CS, and marketing teams are using it for mass outreach to our customers, prospects, and partners. It saves a lot of time and generates a lot more activity than doing it all 1by1 would. Great tool for getting in front of a large amount of the right people.
- Being able to create and track several types of "tasks" is nice, especially when one method isn't getting through to the people we want it to.

- Sequences are really great, especially when linked with a CRM like Salesforce~ You can see updates happen automatically as new activity takes place with a prospect.
- It would be nice if we had more freedom when removing prospects from sequences/outreach.
- They could have a better calling function, with cookies and such to save time.

We don't use any other outreach like tools other than our Gmail accounts. Outreach does the job fine so we haven't considered competitors as far as I can tell.
