Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I work in Sales! Outreach helps with contact organization. As we call out to hundreds of prospects a day Outreach provides a full breakdown of when they was called who called them and even if it’s time for another ring. Outreach is our one stop shop for dialing in sales.

  • Just a optional tutorial button to understand the little hidden features
  • Call play back within the app
  • Customer service chat box
  • Reaching more prospects
  • More meetings booked

I believe this tool would be a benefit for all business sizes. I believe even start up businesses could grow with Outreach.
Using the Al capabilities I’m able to scan through calls to help collect notes I did not have to write down.
My company has tried to switch out Outreach, and every time, we come back to it as a crucial piece of the workday.
Outreach has the analytics of the calls dialed and the calls waiting to be dialed. It measures the dialing by day week and month. We get pointed for calls dialed weekly so this data is important to our scorecard.

Depending on their scope of work I think anybody handling contacts would benefit from the organization.
