Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is a great platform for all email outreach, calls, sequences, messaging, and more. This platform is used for all outbound outreach and sales statistics, helping me manage my sales team effectively. Outreach has a great dashboard with all the statistics that help me properly know where my team is thriving or falling short of our goals and metrics.

We leveraged our AI capabilities, but perhaps not to their fullest extent. The AI capabilities were beneficial in transcribing calls and identifying areas for improvement. It also helped in determining whether we talked for too long on cold calls and if we should have spoken less at times.
Outreach is a great tool, but it may not be the most effective one. It is very cost-effective, but teams can easily outgrow outreach. Outreach is more sophisticated than Salesloft. However, Apollo is far more refined and more in-depth from a functionality standpoint. I would rank it as Apollo, Outreach, and Salesloft.
