We use PagerDuty to manage all our 24x7 alerting across our fleet of managed servers and inbound customer requests.

We've relied on PagerDuty for 5 years with no significant outages. It's mission-critical for our business and it has always delivered.
PagerDuty is tightly integrated with our custom monitoring system and is a core part of all our workflows.
