Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
I currently use PandaDoc to create professional Landscape Maintenance Proposals and Estimates. You can create great templates, which save me so much time. We are able to have clients electronically sign documents and return them to me immediately instead of having to print the document, sign it, scan it and send it back. Saves me a lot of time across the entire sales process.
- Template creation is easy with examples and pre-filled information
- Alerts you of document being opened and signed
- Allows you to create really special artistic presentations
- When you convert to a PDF document there needs to be a name, date, signature option
- Page numbers only available on PDF
- You need to be able to rotate photos.
- I write proposals every day. I use one of the template I have created and it saves me so much time.
- The Boss thinks it has improved our chances of winning bids because of the great presentation of information.
I use it in conjunction with my CRM called Pipeline. Works out great because they work together. I can use my CRM to populate customer information. Real-time notification alerts me as to the status of the deal and lets me know documents were signed by the customer and are ready to process on my side. It keeps track of communication between customers as well.

I use Adobe to edit documents. But It takes much longer and never looks quite as good.
