Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
PandaDoc - It's a modern best in class software eSignature solution. The new 2.0 document creator is outstanding, and simple to use. I send out order form agreements to prospects to execute. Not one time has a prospect had difficulties signing a document or questioned the experience with PandaDoc. I can't say enough good things about PandaDoc and how easy it is to use for the sender and signer.
Pros
- I send thousands of documents through PandaDoc each month and it just works.
Cons
- I'm not sure there is anything that can be improved on.
- I would like to see when writing exceptions on a document that it would be able to email the sender the exception or if an exception has been enter.
- It has a big impact on our business, and allows our team to move quickly when onboarding new customers.
- We use PandaDoc for employee agreements internally.
It's modern, and user-friendly compared to others from a senders standpoint. I love all the customization that you can do to the templates and settings for each document.
