Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We are using PandaDoc in one department of our organization but see the benefits and possibilities to make it company-wide. PandaDoc allows us to create proposals within 1-2 minutes instead of the 5-10 minutes it used to take us. The documents are modern, easy-to-use and simple to track.

  • Time saved creating, executing and sharing documents.
  • Legally binding.
  • Greater employee efficiency.
The biggest improvement MIMO has seen is with the ability to reuse templates and save multiple documents into nicely organized files. We are able to use the documents throughout our department whereas before our documents had to be approved by another party and monitored in a much less efficient way.
We have not yet used any of the features listed above.
The formatting options are a great way to streamline the overall look of the documents while keeping things modern and clean.

I like PandaDoc much more than DocuSign because the templates are able to be modified easily. The formatting is consistent (fonts, spacing, etc.) and we are able to edit the document even after we send to the customer in order to make minor edits or changes that the customer requests without creating an entirely new document.
PandaDoc is great for consistency with documents within a company or sharing with outside organizations, like potential customers.
