Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
PandaDoc has been easy and simple to use and works exactly for what we need it for. We generate quotes and send our customers PandaDocs so that they can review and sign the order, which we then proceed into production with. It always works, has an address book so the information only needs to be entered once, and can notify you if a customer has viewed, or completed it. Formatting the quotes is also easy with the drag and drop boxes and customizability. Once the documents are signed you can download individual or bulk download documents. They also have a great search system which makes finding past documents simple and easy.
- Searchability of past documents
- Formatting the documents
- Saving templates
- Overall ease of use, good UI
- Sometimes notifications that a document has been signed do not get emailed
You can upload templates and format them to include the boxes and information that you need, as well as upload other personalized documents as well as the templates so you never have to fill out the same standard use template twice. This prevents us from having to set each field multiple times, and its autofill feature can find open spots and enter the fields automatically.
Real-time notifications have helped us learn if a customer sees our quote and never responds, we can come back and ask if the price was either too high or if there is any other reason that they may not have responded. Being able to see when they view and when they are complete helps us know exactly when to put things in production or not.
The documents created are good and easy to use as I have never had a customer not be able to figure out how to work it. PandaDoc really shines with how easy and simple it is to use for us, the ones who use it to send documents.

PandaDoc is perfect for what we use it for - sending documents to sign for individual customers. You get notified when it is signed as well as view, and it contains a signature as well as when the doc was signed and IP address. This may be my own ignorance but I could never figure out how to send out a document to multiple people (each only being able only to see and sign their copy.)
