PandaDoc - simple and easy to use, yet customizable

PandaDoc has been easy and simple to use and works exactly for what we need it for. We generate quotes and send our customers PandaDocs so that they can review and sign the order, which we then proceed into production with. It always works, has an address book so the information only needs to be entered once, and can notify you if a customer has viewed, or completed it. Formatting the quotes is also easy with the drag and drop boxes and customizability. Once the documents are signed you can download individual or bulk download documents. They also have a great search system which makes finding past documents simple and easy.

Real-time notifications have helped us learn if a customer sees our quote and never responds, we can come back and ask if the price was either too high or if there is any other reason that they may not have responded. Being able to see when they view and when they are complete helps us know exactly when to put things in production or not.
