Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

I use PandaDoc for customers to sign contracts for the work that will be performed, quick signatures, and warranty certificates as well. This helps me avoid sending customers' contracts ahead of time via mail. Same thing with other documents. Very helpful.

  • Document gets signed by client in less than 24 hours!
Definitely having templates makes my job faster, easier, and more useful. Prevents me from uploading the document, and adding text boxes every single time.
I have not used the redlining or commenting features but we love having real-time notifications via email, and through the mobile app. Mobile-friendly e-Signatures are useful for last-minute things that need to be signed in person.
Overall, its website is very attractive, organized, and easy for the eye to understand where to go.

PandaDoc is way more affordable. Pricing is different. PandaDoc is a membership and DocuSign is money per signature used.

Definitely useful when you need to communicate with clients and it helps get the job done. It is useful when you need other people to get involved. I would not recommend it if you only needed it for yourself.
