Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to send contracts to be signed by our business customers. Often drafts are being amended after feedback from customers. Collaboration Agreements often go through several cycles and are being changed efficiently in Panda Doc. The final signature and the proof page being added make the whole affair look very official and trustworthy.

Reusable templates let you create a new document in just a few clicks. This makes it easy to provide a quote to a customer and transform the quoted information into a sales contract quickly. PandaDoc also has myriads of different integrations with other software. This functionality and its capabilities are something we have just scratched the surface of.
The comment function and real-time notifications are very useful when trying to agree on content with a client. It makes it easy to send out a draft, track which changes are being proposed, and be kept updated on the progress through email notifications. Signing a document is bliss on desktop or mobile.
Documents signed with PandaDoc have a very official look and feel. You can add a picture of your actual signature for added professionalism, but even the computer-generated signatures look nice and together with the attached proof page, nobody would question the validity of the document.

PandaDoc is excellent if you have a finished document that needs signatures from all people involved. It is easy to upload any PDF and the signature fields are added in a few seconds. Then, the document is sent to them before the listed recipients and everyone has the ability to fill out the specifically assigned fields. When the document is finished, the combined file is sent to you as the administrator.
