Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to develop and send out our contracts to clients. The main focus is on creating high-quality accurate contracts that can be sent to clients, reviewed by appropriate parties, and signed and executed in a timely manner.
  • Ability to order signatures
  • Calculations of line items and discounts
  • Integration with CRM system
  • Easy to understand interface and options
  • Text fields are hard to edit.
  • Layout of menus is confusing. Everything on different sides of the document.
  • Lots of images and options in each menus option.
  • Ease of sending out contracts
  • Simple to edit fields to adjust to customer needs
  • Calculations of lines is easy and complete to minimize rounding errors
Signature embedding, workflows for approvals and review, comments and editing fields, and contact fields pulling through from CRM.
Commenting has been a useful feature as it allows my senior leadership to review the contracts and then provided direct and helpful feedback and guidance for the next steps.
The documents come out looking polished, high quality, and branded.

PandaDoc is great for developing, writing, and editing documents that will be sent outside of the company to clients. It is professional, easy to use, and the templates are high quality.
