Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
I use PandaDoc for signing contracts and settlement agreements. The platform is easy to use for clients and myself. I find it less complicated and less expensive than other similar platforms.
- Attorney client contracts
- Settlement agreements
- Once completed by the parties, the document cannot be signed by the Court. I have to convert the document to a pdf to submit to Judge.
- The certificate of authenticity is bulky and awkward
- Allows clients to execute contracts remotely
- Saves time
- Allows immediate signatures during zoom conferences

- Client retainer agreements
