Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use pandadoc to send order forms to customers to sign. In the past we sent them to customers and they would have to print them out, sign, and then scan back to us. Pandadoc does this all in just a few clicks of your mouse. This has helped to increase the amout of order forms signed.

At luthersales we depend on getting order forms to customers so they can sign and begin the order process. Pandadoc make this seemless and very easy for all parties involved. Sending and receiving document takes just a few clicks and it is done. I would recommend to anyone needing this type of service.
The mobile friendly esignature capabilities are amazing easy to use and even a novice will be able to navigate what is needed to open, sign, and return a document. Since we began using pandadoc our close rates have grown and it is just a pleasant experience for all parties involved.
I am giving a rating of 10 because the documents created on pandadoc are perfect and have an air of professionalism that is not easy to accomplish creating documents manually. They make customers feel confident that they are deling with a professional organization.

Great for sending documents that need to be signed. Customers can view and sign document with just a few clicks. Makes the process so easy and can even be completed on a cell phone or tablet. No computer skills are needed to sign a document and return it to the sender. Works great for what we do here.
