Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use Pandadoc usually for procuring signatures from internal employees. We have grants that need signed timesheets, so we use it for that. We also use it for internal agreements - for example, acknowledgment of a new policy or confirmation of receipt for technology. Every once in awhile, we will use it for external stakeholders.
  • User-friendly interface
  • Reminders if someone hasn't signed the document yet
  • Ability to CC other parties that need to receive the document
  • Ability to see who has viewed the document
  • I'd like to see how it would handle forms (e.g. consent forms)
  • Time saved getting signed timesheets back
  • Great admin experience to see who on your team has created documents
  • Greater employee efficiency
I think the automated workflows works to cut out a lot of the back and forth. The embedded signatures also helps a lot in making the signing process run much more smoothly. Reusable templates make it easier so that if you are sending the same document, you don't have to keep creating it. All great features!
Real-time notifications are great because they allow you to see whether a person has viewed the document and signed it. Sometimes you send out an email and don't know if a person responded; real-time notifications help manage that uncertainty. Likewise mobile-friendly eSignature capabilities really help since most of our staff are on the go and need something they can access through their phones.
It has a user-friendly interface that is fairly easy to manage, even if you are not really good at using technology. Many people get intimidated with document signing things because there are a lot of features, but Pandadoc really makes it much more accessible and a tool that novices and advanced people can use.
  • Signing timesheets
  • Signing acknowledgments of reading policy
  • Signing MOUs
We used HelloSign, which merged with Dropbox. It only gave three signatures per account and didn't allow for you to CC someone onto the document to receive it. It worked fine for what we needed, but we needed something that allowed for more signatures as we were sending multiple timesheets out.

It is very well suited for just getting signatures. It is easy to use. You can also invite other users to be part of your team. It is also well suited if you need to copy multiple people or if multiple people need to receive notifications on who has signed.
