Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use Pandadoc to provide a simple yet powerful way for our clients to sign our SaaS and DPA contracts.

Pros

  • Contract Signature
  • Legally Valid
  • Notifcation and followups

Cons

  • The AI that automatically assigns the fields is a cool feature, but not yet perfect.
  • Biggest value is not making me print, sign, scan, attach and send
  • increased efficiency
  • better client experience
  • I can't think of any innovative way we use PandaDoc

I have tried at least 6 different digital contract signing tools and Pandadoc is by far my favourite. Best features including AI field recognition and best value for money.
