Pros
- Answer questions quickly
- Advertise new uses for the site
- Explain the use of the software in an easy to understand manner.
Cons
- Sometimes one has to delete the document and start over, I found this works best when I cannot get form to let me go back to a response which I need to delete.
- Students and employers are often more receptive to forms than just email verbiage for requests
- If you have to ask more than one person to respond to a request than a form saves multitudes of time. In 4 years, I am sure I have saved 100 hours due to having PandDoc forms to do my job for a request.
