Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

As a Career Advisor I have a number of documents that are forms.
Mock Interview Feedback form for IT and Medical Assisting students
Graduate status form for all students to fill out before graduating
Externship signing pages for employer/Program Director/student to sign
EXIT sheet signatures for six departments
Employer verification form
Graduate employment verification form
Waiver for employment form All of these forms save time and remain uniform making job streamlined.

  • Advertise new uses for the site
  • Explain the use of the software in an easy to understand manner.
  • Sometimes one has to delete the document and start over, I found this works best when I cannot get form to let me go back to a response which I need to delete.
  • Students and employers are often more receptive to forms than just email verbiage for requests
  • If you have to ask more than one person to respond to a request than a form saves multitudes of time. In 4 years, I am sure I have saved 100 hours due to having PandDoc forms to do my job for a request.
  • Using a form streamlines time and efficiency on getting the answers you need concisely.
I have no doubt that proposals are extremely efficient through PandaDoc based on my experience with PandaDoc usage!

Any of these forms can be embedded with automated workflow and have been very helpful and time saving.

It maintains a professional look to all users and is quickly dispersed and responses come back in a timely manner, usually within seconds.
Employers are happy to use these forms and respond professionally when using them.
Students appreciate the forms and almost always respond quickly. They trust the form!

It is much easier to glance at a form and know where it files, as opposed to an email response. You have to read each email to know what to do with it. A form is automatic for its professional look and easy to spot which form you have for filing.

DocuSign was not as easy to use, but it has been a long time. My colleagues and I were happy to be using PandaDoc once we got used to it. This transition took place rather quickly. It really is an "ease to use" type of software.
