Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
It makes sending enrollment agreement super easy, especially since it works with HubSpot. Most of the time I don’t have to enter in numbers myself, so it makes for a much quicker turn around. I also love being able to change the expiration date since everyone has different enrollment deadlines! This way, they’ll know when things need to be completed.
Pros
- Filling in information for HubSpot
- Ease of use for those who are technologically challenged
- Ability to create several templates for all different instances
Cons
- Once a document expires, I wish it was a little easier to renew it.
- Recently, delivery has been failing, even though email address is correct, so I have to go in and generate a link to send them. Hopefully this is fixed soon!
- Simplified the enrollment process
- Created a system where all documents will be saved properly, and not forgotten
- We’ve used for waivers to use out agility equipment for outside events
PandaDoc has simplified the entire process. we chose them for the integration of HubSpot, since that is our primary way of storing all of our leads
