Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We began using PandaDoc to solve our contract writing and signing issues with our clients. We were using the old-school method of emailing contracts to our clients, who would then have to print them out, scan them, and email or fax them back to us. The quality of our contracts were poor after so much back and forth. We set out to look for a better solution and found PandaDoc. We then tried the service and added a couple of our contracts. Within a few weeks, we saw a huge difference in our process. We get contracts reviewed more thoroughly with the workflow approval process, and then the contracts are all managed through email, and the viewability is great. The contracts are digitally signed and the notification process by PandaDoc during the flow is great. We can see when our clients view, sign, and complete our contracts. The documents come back to us signed and clear, and a accompanying digital certificate verifying all digital signatures for legal purposes.

- I would like to see the ability to LOCK a field instead of locking an entire block or document.
- I would like to see more standard features that need to be part of the service instead of add-ons.
- Would like to see an option to allow different levels of users than just the two standard options.
- It has helped increase our sales productivity by allowing us to get contracts back more quickly.
- Has helped with employee efficiency in contract writing.
- It has helped our company find contract writing mistakes before they get to our clients and cause confusion.
- The one negative would be the increase in costs associated with using this software, which seems to increase each year at renewal.
- I have been able to use this software to help me with our recruiting process. There are some documents we must have applicants sign for screening processes that our normal HR software can't do because the applicants are not employees yet. So, this allows me to send necessary Pre-Hire documents to potential candidates during the recruiting phase.
- Our production department also is able to use this form for our Service agreements, Time and material agreements, plus much more for things we need done after the sales process is completed.
