Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Networks

We utilize PanTerra Networks VOIP solutions for a small private practice law firm.

Pros

  • No down VOIP down time.
  • Great tech support
  • Robust iphone app

Cons

  • Reduce cost point per phone line
  • Allow texting from any PC using the same synced cell phone number
  • Ability to store more caller information
  • Video calling
  • Face ID on screen capability for frequent callers
  • Current competitive rate beats the market
  • Rates could be even less for low volume calling businesses
  • Call quality and reliability top notch
Always helpful and available support.
Easy plug and play VOIP
If file sharing was robust or better than OneDrive of GDocs, our office would switch if memory was available up to or exceeding 1TB per user.
Had several outages and price point per VOIP phone line was not competitive. Restricted use of proprietary phones was too limiting.
