Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Networks

Currently we use PanTerra Networks to allow work from home staff and traveling staff to have access to their office lines while traveling. This allows for us not to miss important client calls and business opportunities. In the past we struggled with meeting our clients needs during times when our teams were out the office. we also use the ring all feature to help with maximizing reach across our teams.

Pros

  • Ring all access to all staff.
  • Customer servicer has been very responsive and helpful
  • Receiving emails of voicemails is very helpful
  • The ability to text and access lines on the app is great

Cons

  • Additional features can be helpful
  • At times my desktop app logs out, for what seems to be no reason.
  • The user interface on desktop can use a bit of a more friendly design
  • Higher level of access to inbound calls
  • The ability for all our staff to receive or forward calls with ease has been great
  • PanTerra Networks allowed us to ditch our local phone company and still have access to inexpensive services.
From the initial contact, to the end there was great communication from the PanTerra Networks team. We started with a sales rep, who outlined products and features through getting to know our business needs. He helped us even see how the system can even increase business as well. The next rep helped us with setting up our accounts and porting all our numbers over from our previous carrier.
PanTerra Networks has definitely helped our overall productivity. Our events staff has better communication with all our other departments now that the have more access to each other using Panterra's services and solutions. An example of this is when our office assistance can forward calls directly to field staff on their smart phones app.
We previously used Verizon for our business phones. we then had to seek additional services for additional features we were looking for. The need to use multiple companies made billing and customer support exhausting and cumbersome. Since switching to PanTerra Networks our business needs are being met by one company and all billing has been streamlined.

In my experience PanTerra Networks is great for businesses that have staff that work in various locations or multiple buildings. The ability and ease of use of their phones and services make setup and everyday use easy. Companies who have traveling staff that use company smart phones will benefit from accessing their panterra account using the app.
