Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use PanTerra Streams on multiple floors of our 22-story building. We needed a company to provide a system that would migrate into our everyday business, and we found it. We a very happy with the cellphone aspect. I can answer my office phone from anywhere cell service will allow. The Admin portal on the desktop makes it very easy to change certain settings when someone leaves or is hired into the company. Overall, we are very happy with the decision.

I have not had an issue with something not working.

Return on Investment

Streams is less expensive that traditional pots lines.
We have a more reliable phone connection.
On boarding was very easy, we were pleasantly surprised with this fact.

Streams support has never had to call me back; they have always addressed the issue (which was mostly operator error) before we hung up.

Streams has given us the ability to streamline the file sharing process within our company.

I was on vacation, multiple states away and the fact that my cellphone houses the Streams app and allows me to answer my office phone was such a big help. I did not need to have someone monitor my calls when out of the office like we did before Streams. Frees everyone up to complete their daily tasks.
