Parallels Remote Application Server has been a great implementation to provide access to our QA users traveling in different countries who need real-time access to our ERP software. Traveling using their own personal laptop or company-provided laptops, they can quickly and safely access our systems to retrieve what they need and update with their reports and results.

Simple, secure, and easy way to provide access from anything within your organization, via the web, app, and the most efficient, we can quickly upgrade and maintain the server, and all users will always have the latest updated on your software.

Using HTLM5 browsers as well as Parallels App, our QA users can access our apps while traveling to any other country (with difficulties in China but not due to their software). We have also installed DUO factor authentication to provide an extra layer of security, and the integration works flawlessly. It is extremely recommended. Users can easily receive the invite and follow the instructions to be able to create their account and have instant access.

We use many VM Servers for different environments. Parallels Remote Application Server was easy to install in combination with our Terminal Server to take advantage of users/ calls/ licenses.
