Overall Satisfaction with Parallels Remote Application Server

We use Parallels RAS to provide applications and documents. Our customers appreciate the speed.
  • ApplicationPublishing
  • Desktop Publisching
  • HTML5 Access is delivering to every Device
  • VDI Infrastructure
  • Branding
  • Support in first level row
  • Really cheap fees
Parallels is cheaper, faster in enrollemnt and easy to integrate
We have many different apps which are not able too use on mobile.
with parallels ras we have no limitation for apps we can run any app on any device
Our Users accept this solution as it is nearly self enrolled you even dont need a software when you use the html 5 app desktop
More flexible is not possible you can use any anywhere.
The basis infrastructure you need to enroll ras is so smal so you can enroll on every small server
2FA. WIndows Authentication. Api to other 2nd factor and of course ssl it is absolut state of the art
Customer Support depend on the person you get on the phone
if you get an guy from 2nd level youre lucky those guys are fighting till every problem is solved - you feel the love to help.
But if you come to 1st level support indian guys forgett it they cant help you
