Overall Satisfaction with Parallels Remote Application Server

We utilize Parallels to enable users to work remotely. Parallels placed us ahead of the curve for social distancing, not to mention we spend less administration time managing applications.
  • Light stress on the network
  • One place to manage applications
  • Simple management
  • Managing support tickets: We encounter multiple issues when creating support tickets.
  • I am not a fan of the subscription model.
  • Wyse vWorkspace (Discontinued)
Parallels is easier to manage and more secure.
End-user training was streamlined. Setting up the server was a little cumbersome, however, once set up we are enjoying very much.
We are not utilizing IOS or Android devices (the screens are too small for applications we use).
Parallel's flexibility and support of other products reduces the number of puzzles pieces we need to assemble.
We have not experienced any leaks. We utilize Qualys to test the site and are pleased with A & A+ ratings.
Support is very good, however, creating tickets and getting connected with support can have improvement.
