A fast, flexible way to create curated branded micro-sites.
Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
We use PathFactory as a place to build ABM level and more broad marketing sites of curated content. Our sales team will request us to create access-protected explorer pages that they can use when working with individual prospect accounts. We also use PathFactory to host a variety of our marketing assets like recorded webinars, PDFS, infographics, webpages, etc. We can then create curated content tracks of these assets to provide as follow-up content hubs after meetings, events, webinars, etc.
Pros
- Curated content.
- Microsite builder.
- Content hosting.
- WSIWYG content hub building.
Cons
- Access protection experience could be better branded.
- Explorer page transition to content track and back.
- Time savings on creating content hubs.
- Less duplicate versions of content being shared.
- Better attribution and cookie-ing.
We use PathFactory just about every day and it's a part of just about every campaign we run. Whether it's follow-up content for a campaign, using a content track as an advertising landing page, account-specific explorer pages for a particular prospect account, or a promotional asset at a conference. It's been incredibly beneficial and allows us to be nimble, provide the content we want and quickly.
Once you get the swing of it, PathFactory is a breeze. It's intuitive and the CSM team is stellar. They walk you through setup, so the learning curve is relatively easy to scale. Once you're in there and using it and have built up a library of content, you can get things created so quickly!
We've made dozens of account-specific explorer pages that our sales team likes to customize with the content relevant to their prospect account, including their contact information and photo to help personalize the content they provide during the sales process. Our sales team also makes content tracks specific to tradeshows they participate in (with QR codes) so we can provide the right content in an in-person setting too.
