Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
PathFactory is the key to content organization. Overall, we have benefited from PathFactory's capabilities by creating content tracks that tell the story of our products and directing our leads to those content tracks to increase their engagement with our content. We have been able to leverage the platform's analytics to identify top-performing content and create rules to accelerate a lead's buying journey based on that engagement.
- Ease of use in the UI to create and customize content tracks.
- Creating account based content.
- We need viewer permissions and history so we can have better tracking of who has been working on what and be able to lock certain tracks or content.
- I don't really know where they need to improve; maybe they just keep innovating and listening to customers and helping to point out problems we didn't know we had.
- We've saved countless reporting hours for content engagement.
- We've increased content consumption for customers and can better nurture them.
