Better content experience has a direct impact on our campaign performance. We push buyers through the funnel faster and track the effectiveness of our campaigns on a deeper content level. Nowadays, personalization is key for a successful campaign, and PathFactory allows us to achieve this with no heavy lifting.
Due to our existing processes and systems, we had to find some workarounds that delayed the implementation slightly. But it was definitely worth the effort, and we continue improving as we go. PathFactory offers several use cases which we are about to explore and keep taking it to the next level.
Obviously, offering relevant content guides the buyers to educate further on the topic. After that, at the bottom of a content track, we offer our on-demand demo so the buyer can go through the whole journey in one session. We also always have 2 CTAs on every track, which invites you to either subscribe to our newsletter (for TOFU prospects) or book a demo (if ready). The demo form pops up with Chili Piper, and the buyer can book time on the calendars immediately after consuming the content.

Similar functionality, easier UX, and lower price. PathFactory seemed a more appropriate tool for an organization of our size where we can't afford to have the whole department engineering a content hub. We needed a quick and easy-to-use tool to deliver value fast.
