Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We use PathFactory to host and share marketing content and collateral with our prospects and customers. We create relevant, personalized content tracks to engage with various audiences in our target market, and utilize the engagement insights we get from PathFactory to inform future content decisions as well as enable our sales team with these insights for personalized follow-up.

Pros

  • Content engagement insights for Sales. Time spent enables them to prioritize their follow-up with high-intent leads who have increased time spent on content. Content journey insights allow the Sales team to see what content actually resonated with a prospect, enabling more personalized conversations throughout the sales cycle.
  • Content insights for Marketing. By analyzing PathFactory's insights on content, we are able to make smarter, more strategic decisions on the future content pieces we should produce based on what we know will resonate with our audience and what they will actually spend time reading.
  • Ease of use. Many members of our team are able to utilize the tool, uploading content and creating tracks in an easy and intuitive way.
  • Smart and supportive team. From the first sales cycle to our regular check-ins as customers, we have enjoyed every step of working with everyone we have come across on the PathFactory team.
  • Support team. The support team has specifically been so helpful in dealing with any bugs and even working with us to come up with new custom solutions to fit certain use cases in our go to market strategy.

Cons

  • Evolving into a more sales-focused UX. While the tool is great for marketing, there are some areas to improve the functionality of PathFactory for Sales in regards to navigating and sending out content as a salesperson.
  • GA goal reporting. I can't speak to this specifically, but I know our web team has run into some issues creating GA goals when we lead to a PathFactory track.
  • Evolved reporting. Reporting is great, but for some use cases, we have had to ask for custom reports that the team is always happy to create! But it would be great if this was self-serve.
  • Increase in content consumption due to 'bingable' experiences
  • Reduce friction by eliminating forms in some areas while still tracking engagement
  • Better sales x marketing alignment by enabling the sales team with content insights they can follow up on
If someone is consuming content, 99% of the time, it's through PathFactory. We have integrated PathFactory experiences across our entire marketing strategy. This has enabled us with deeper insights into the customer journey that sales can utilize to have more meaningful conversations throughout the sales cycle. We have utilized content insights to inform content decisions, specifically around time spent influencing the length of content, which has resulted in an increase in engagement.
Very easy process with a very supportive team. PathFactory always takes the time to explain things clearly and works with us every step of the way. They are always open to more enablement sessions for marketing or sales teams, and that remains true further into our contract as we expand to other teams.
Users are able to binge content we have curated in an experience, allowing them to consume more relevant content at the time they are interested in reading. Previously, we would have spent more time, effort and dollars to get them to engage with us a second time to read an additional piece of content.

We directly evaluated Uberfip and PathFactory, and PathFactory fit our use case more. They were more marketing user-focused, whereas Uberflip's main user was sales. Integrating insights into our different systems was key, and PathFactory was the only tool that could do that. PathFactory for Sales was a game-changer.
Perfect for teams who want a deeper understanding of content engagement past form fills or page views. Great for marketing teams who are always looking for more insights to enable their sales teams to follow up on, specifically around intent. Currently, only for marketing teams to create content experiences for sales to share as they cannot create their own experiences.
